My thinking!

I still think I'm done some real positive thinking  I confess to experiencing far too much pleasure as I watched the menfolk of our recent holiday.

If anything the holiday is now starting to feel more being at home. which all the gadgets and gewgaws of everyday life.I still think I has done some real positive thing.

It's like this: wake up and remember I tell myself I had such a bad sleep last night and haven't I just golfing so hard this week I really do need to take is each and the house is such a mess and I really don't need to be stiff and sore for the next two days.

That's my favorite kind of internal dialogue. More results oriented. It usually involves an  extra glass of wine or helping of spaghetti,so much more fun.
Quite often with a couple of glasses of wine because in the end.

Yesterday was my golfing was very happy time with long chip shots my ball  on the green.( One Hole).

progresses

I'm going well with this program, enjoying it and seeing some changes.
I just keep up admit the first few weeks have been up and down.
I am loving the golfing Monday to Friday.

Some days it requires a really big effort., but the walking is also a great stress reliever.
I an squeezing in a walk throughout the day.

I must confess there was a day when I was so busy it got to one in the morning and I had only done 8000 steps. I was way too tired to jog on the spot then.

My biggest challenge is finding time to do my blog. I need to make it a priority, this is what got me here in the first place.

I have been surprised by how little effort is required for how much  you gain. I always considered myself a reasonable walker for few days.

parents with their children

I find myself spending uncharacteristic moments of interception relating to events and conversations with my friends, couples and even families.

But this season apparently subtitled the next generation.

I've long been fascinated by the dynamics between parents and children.

Mums and dads inevitably teased up where they understand that it could have been different, that the model they presented was so much in development of their kids, attitudes to food and exercise.
